On March 17, (Sichuan Company) Ganzi Daocheng Gatong Phase I Photovoltaic Power Generation Project announced the successful candidate for EPC general contracting.

According to the announcement, the project is divided into two bid sections, each of which has two successful candidates. One

of the bid sections is Power Construction Corporation of China Chengdu Investigation, Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. The consortium of Sinohydro Bureau 10 Co., Ltd. ranked the first successful candidate with a 10139 of 0.67 million yuan, with an average unit price of 1.116 yuan/W ; The second bid section is Guiyang Survey and Design Research Institute Co., Ltd. of China Electric Power Construction Group, which ranks the first successful candidate with a bid price of 89.1448 million yuan. The average unit price is 0.817 yuan/W .

The tender announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Chuanxi (Daocheng) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd .

The project is located in Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with a planned installed capacity of 200MW and a 10% * 2h energy storage system , including 61 3.245 MW photovoltaic arrays and 1 2.1M W photovoltaic array. The fixed bracket operation mode is adopted.

One bid section has 28 photovoltaic power generation units from 35 # to 62 , with a total capacity of 90.86 MW on the AC side . 105. Array design, procurement and construction of 94584 MWp (tentative) on DC side and design, procurement and construction of one 220kV booster station (including energy storage system); The second bid section is the array design, procurement and construction of 34 photovoltaic power generation units from 1 # to 34 , with a total capacity of 109.15 MW on the AC side and 127.2726 MWp (tentative) on the DC side. The bidding scope of the two bid sections of the

project includes but is not limited to survey, design and procurement (except photovoltaic modules , inverters , box-type transformers, Construction, installation, commissioning and other work contents of Datang Group frame mining equipment materials such as cables and equipment materials purchased by the tenderee. The total planned duration of the

project is 365 calendar days . The project is planned to be started on May 1, 2026, connected to the grid in the first batch on December 31, 2026, connected to the grid in full capacity on March 31, 2027, and completed on April 30, 2027.
