On March 13, Fujian Company Fuzhou Power Plant Fuqing Baige Mountain 350 MW Fishery Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station Project (Section A) EPC Project Public Bidding Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd.

Com was informed that on March 13, Fujian Company Fuzhou Power Plant Fuqing Baipigeon Mountain 350 MW Fishery-Light Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station Project (Section A) EPC Public Bidding Announcement was issued. The tenderer is Guoneng (Fuzhou) Thermal Power Co., Ltd .

The project is located in Baige Mountain Reclamation Area in Shangjing Town and Yuxi Town, Fuqing City, Fujian Province, of which the land area of photovoltaic area is about 5540 mu, and the land type is aquaculture pond water surface. The project is planned to build a 350 MW (AC side) photovoltaic power station, with a DC side capacity of about 417.6752 MW, which will be completed at one time.

The project is divided into three bid sections, of which the A bid section includes the survey and design of the overall project (including A/B/C three bid sections), external completion acceptance, and participation in the sub-acceptance of other bid sections. It is responsible for the construction, commissioning and power transmission of about 275.6656 MWp photovoltaic field on the east side of the middle river of the project site. It includes the procurement of all equipment and materials except components and inverters . Section

B includes the construction of about 141MWp DC photovoltaic field on the west side of the river in the middle section of the project site, the construction, commissioning and coordination of power transmission of regional collector lines, iron towers and overhead lines on both sides of the river in Section B. It includes the procurement of all equipment and materials except components and inverters. Bid Section

C includes the handling of construction permit for booster station, civil construction of booster station, equipment procurement of booster station and energy storage system, etc.

It should be noted that this tender is for Lot A of the project. In terms of

construction period, this bid section requires that the survey and design shall be completed within 120 days (natural days) after the contract is signed, and the bidding technical documents and detailed bill of quantities for bid sections B and C shall be provided. The construction period is 10 months . It is planned to start construction on September 20, 2026 and connect to the grid with full capacity on July 20, 2027. In terms of

performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one contract performance of EPC general contracting for surface photovoltaic (including complementary fishing and light, offshore and beach) (flexible support capacity of 100 MW or more ) from March 2021 to the deadline for bidding. And all of them have been completed. Consortium bidding is accepted for

this project . In case of consortium bidding, the consortium shall not consist of more than two units, and the parent and subsidiary companies of the enterprise group shall not form a consortium to bid separately. A consortium agreement must be signed between the members of the consortium. The

bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on March 14 , 2026 to 16:00 on March 19, 2026. Bid

closing/opening time is 9:00 on April 7, 2026.
