Fanshi Technology yuanping 100MW Centralized Wind Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting. Including (but not limited to):
(1) all the work of survey
and design (including but not limited to micro-site selection, construction survey, surveying and mapping, preliminary design, construction drawings, as-built drawings, The design scheme includes but is not limited to the following contents: overall scheme design of the project (including but not limited to 220kV booster station, wind turbine layout and operation mode, box transformer model and quantity layout, power collection line path, power generation calculation, etc.), electrical part design (including but not limited to electrical primary design, electrical secondary and component protection, etc.), General layout plan (including but not limited to wind turbine foundation and platform, wind farm layout, power collection line, 220kV booster station, opposite bay access project, etc.), civil structure and architectural design (including but not limited to wind turbine foundation and platform and box transformer foundation, Design of power collection lines, civil works and buildings in the booster station, hydraulic engineering and heating and ventilation, traffic roads (access roads, on-site roads), etc.), fire protection design, environmental protection and water conservation design, etc.).
(2) Procurement, supply, supervision, expediting and transportation of equipment and materials
for wind farm, collector line, 220kV booster station, main engine of wind turbine unit (supplied by Party A and Party B), tower and anchor bolt (supplied by Party A and Party B). Receiving, transportation (including secondary reshipment), reshipment to machine position, insurance, unloading, storage, safekeeping, inspection, construction and installation (including auxiliary works of construction water and electricity) of all equipment.
(III) Construction
1. Complete the interface opening and related forwarding of all production data of wind farm monitoring system and booster station monitoring system to third parties (including power grid dispatching and operation center). The Contractor shall install 100M special network line for living and related network equipment, 50M special network line for dispatching equipment and related network equipment for the station to meet the use requirements of the Employer, and shall bear the cost of special network line in the first year (calculated from the commissioning of the booster station). The secondary equipment shall also meet the requirements of the Notice on Promoting the Optimization of A2 Plane Equipment of Shanxi Electric Power Provincial Backbone Communication Network (JDTZ [2024] No.76) issued by the State Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company, that is, the dual-plane equipment shall be domestic equipment. 2.3 It
also includes the provision of all materials, spare parts, special tools, consumables and relevant technical data. As well as the acceptance work of each stage, complete the data filing work, complete the project standard production, completion acceptance and defect elimination, completion settlement, quality warranty and other work.
4. Booster station dispatching automation, communication system, video monitoring system, fire fighting system, wind power prediction system (including the first year's meteorological service costs), AGC/AVC system, primary frequency modulation and simulation modeling of all related work (including equipment procurement, providing reports), stability control devices, security assessment, filing and rectification, wind farm monitoring system, Access to Taiyuan Operation Center (including access to Zhongtai), video surveillance system access to Shanxi Company, security situational awareness system, power business license processing, AGC/AVC test, network-related test, information system risk assessment, power monitoring system security assessment, etc.
5. Establishment and maintenance of special wage accounts for migrant workers.
6. All the work in the implementation process and acceptance of production up to the standard. The safety visual construction of all areas shall be conducted according to the Guidelines for the Implementation of Safety Visual Management (Volume of Wind Power in Mountainous Areas), and shall be accepted by the Employer.
(IV) Coordination and formalities handling
