Henan 14 cities (districts) issued orange warning of air pollution

Recently, the Office of Henan Eco-environmental Protection Committee issued a letter on how to deal with the recent pollution process. In the first half of November, cold and warm air alternated, and two rounds of large-scale moderate pollution before and after 11-04-06 and 11-08-12 affected the central, eastern and northern parts.

According to the requirements of Henan Heavy Pollution Weather contingency plan, in order to do a good job of regional joint prevention and control, it is suggested that Kaifeng, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Shangqiu and Zhoukou should start yellow warning of heavy pollution weather at 0 o'clock on November 4 and take emergency response measures at level III; Fourteen provincial municipalities (districts) of Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Anyang, Hebi, Xinxiang, Jiaozuo, Puyang, Xuchang, Luohe, Shangqiu, Zhoukou, Jiyuan Demonstration Zone and Zhengzhou Airport District launched orange warning of heavy pollution weather at 0 o'clock on November 6, and adopted level II emergency response measures. The lifting time of early warning shall be determined by the municipalities (districts) under the jurisdiction of each province according to the improvement of air quality. During the early warning period of relevant cities, we should organize forces, strengthen law enforcement and supervision, prohibit fireworks and open-air burning, and ensure that all emergency emission reduction measures are in place. In order to strictly implement the emission reduction measures specified in the emergency emission reduction list for heavily polluted weather, implement precise policies and control scientifically, and ensure the effective operation of pollution prevention and control facilities and the stable discharge of pollutants up to the standard, A-level and leading enterprises with atmospheric environmental performance should fully guarantee normal production and encourage enterprises to implement independent emission reduction; We will give support to raw material suppliers that guarantee people's livelihood, the normal operation of cities, key military industries, foreign trade exports and the construction of major projects, allow them to carry out production tasks, implement "production by quantity" or "production by heat", and resolutely prevent "one-size-fits-all" shutdown.
