of Pingliang Qilianshan Cement Co., Ltd. is supplemented with 250t/d clinker production capacity, and the replacement ratio is 2:1. The production capacity index is derived from the 500t/d production capacity of the 2500t/d clinker production line of Jiangxi Taihe Southern Cement Co., Ltd.
