On July 17, the EPC general contracting of 100MW photovoltaic power generation project in Shuocheng District of China Nuclear Corporation was tendered by Huineng New Energy Co., Ltd. of Shuocheng District of Shuozhou City.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Limin Village, Dongbao Village and Anziping Village, Limin Town, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province, with a total installed capacity of 100MW .
The project is divided into 31 square arrays , including 30 square arrays of 3.2MW and 1 square array of 4MW. Each 3.2MW array is configured with 10 inverters , and each 4MW array is configured with 13 inverters. The 31 box-type transformers are divided into 4 collecting circuits, and each circuit is connected with 7-9 box-type transformers. The generated energy of the whole photovoltaic field is transmitted to the 35kV system of the supporting 220kV booster station through four collecting lines. In
this project, the bidder will be responsible for the general contracting of compliance formalities, design, procurement and construction (EPC) of the 100MW photovoltaic power generation project in Shuocheng District of China Nuclear Power Corporation on the basis of a package price. Including but not limited to the procurement of all equipment and ancillary equipment and materials for the completion of the overall project, the preparation of various technical specifications for bidding and the signing of technical agreements (except for the components , box transformers and main transformers of the equipment supplied by Party A). Installation, commissioning, test and acceptance of all equipment and auxiliary equipment and materials of the overall project.
The project plan is to complete all the work in the contract within 12 months after the contract is signed and Party A issues the work notice . In terms of
performance, the bidder has EPC general contracting performance of one 100MW or more photovoltaic project from May 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . The deadline for
submission of bidding documents is 09:00 on August 7, 2026.
