Technical transformation "slimming": reduce the burden of equipment, save more than 800,000 degrees of electricity annually, and seek benefits from equipment. Promote the energy-saving transformation of the first-line raw mill in Zhongcheng, reduce the power consumption per ton by 0.68 degrees, and save 1.4 million yuan of electricity annually. With the synchronous promotion of energy-saving equipment such as high-voltage frequency conversion, permanent magnet direct drive and dual cold source air conditioning, the total operating power of the equipment has been greatly reduced, the power saving rate has reached 31.7%, the annual power saving has exceeded 800000 degrees, and the electricity cost has been saved by 983000 yuan. Reduce the burden at the source, and significantly ease the pressure of peak electricity consumption.
Photovoltaic "top": full generation of green power, over 2.41 million degrees of photovoltaic operation and maintenance for self-use, full normalization, encrypted inspection, rapid elimination of defects, standardization of component cleaning and replacement of accessories. Fine management has brought hard-core results, and the efficiency of power generation has increased by 19.71%. Since this year, the total power generation has reached 2.4188 million degrees, all of which have been absorbed locally. Clean green electricity effectively fills the gap of electricity consumption in summer, the amount of purchased electricity decreases steadily, and the proportion of green electricity continues to rise.
Staggering the peak and "filling the valley": full production in the valley, skillfully using the electricity price dividend, relying on the peak-valley time-of-use electricity price policy, dynamically optimizing the production scheduling, actively avoiding the peak and peak periods of the main equipment, and demanding production capacity from the valley. The production rhythm is scientifically allocated, and the comprehensive electricity cost is reduced again and again, so as to achieve both peak summer and stable production and cost reduction. At the same time, the company actively participates in power demand response and valley filling regulation, actively presses load at peak and actively absorbs at valley, contributing "Xiangshan Power" to the safe operation of the power grid.
