According to the auction announcement documents, the batch of production equipment has been sealed up by the People's Court of Jiangyan District, Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. This is an auction with rent. The existing lease contract is up to September 30, 2027, and the lessee has paid the rent in full.
It is understood that Tangshan Yaodong Cement Co., Ltd. was established in November 2007, and its legal representative is Xu Yaodong. It has a new dry process cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons, with a designed clinker production capacity of 1.24 million tons and a cement production capacity of 1.2 million tons.
