the data, Zhongshan Wanyi Concrete Co., Ltd. was established in 2006 with a registered capital of HK $30 million, which belongs to a state-owned shareholding enterprise. The equity transferor, Macau Cement Plant Co., Ltd., is the only cement production enterprise in Macau. The company was founded in 1981 and put into operation in 1983. It is jointly controlled by three central enterprises, China Building Material Group, China Construction Group and CITIC Group.
