Announcement of Conch Cement 4 Clinker Production Line Project before EIA Approval

On August 6, Conch Cement announced the "Announcement of Environmental Impact Report for Capacity Replacement Project of 1 , 2 , 3 # and 4 # Cement Clinker Production Lines of Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. before Approval".

According to the requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment (Decree No.4 of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment) and other documents, before the Environmental Impact Assessment Report of the Capacity Replacement Project of Cement Clinker Production Line 1 , 2 , 3 # and 4 # of Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. is submitted to the competent department of ecological environment for approval, the environmental impact report should be submitted through the network platform. Publicize the full text of the environmental impact report to be submitted for approval and the description of public participation. Now the public participation in environmental impact assessment is to be submitted for approval and publicity.

Existing projects and environmental protection: Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5000 tons and two with a daily output of 4500 tons, supporting six Ф4.2 × 14.5m cement grinding systems and 2 × 18000 kW pure low-temperature cement waste heat power generation systems. Supporting mine, limestone transportation corridor, raw material wharf and other utilities and auxiliary facilities. The existing project has been completed and put into operation for many years, with complete environmental protection procedures and normal operation of environmental protection facilities. Content of

this construction: through capacity replacement, 1 # and 2 # cement clinker production lines are increased from 4500 t/d to 5750t/d, and 3 # and 4 # cement clinker production lines are increased from 5000 t/d to 6000 t/d.
