Recently, the 15th China Cement Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Exchange Conference and the 7th Intelligent Summit Forum were held in Wuhu Conch International Hotel, Anhui Province. During this period, Wang Guanglei, general manager of Jining Conch, made a keynote report on the company's practice of "zero purchase of electricity" as the world's first cement plant with zero purchase of electricity.
According to reports, under the strategic guidance of Conch Group, Jining Conch has laid out diversified clean energy, relying on AI intelligent dispatch to build the first zero-purchased power park in the cement industry in China, to achieve self-sufficiency of green power, reduce energy consumption and emissions.
Jining Conch's practice of "zero external power purchase" is mainly divided into five directions, namely, waste heat power generation, biomass power generation, photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation and domestic waste power generation. The specific power generation conditions are as follows:

1. 9 MW waste heat power generation. Turn "waste gas" into "electric energy". It generates 47 million degrees of electricity annually, saves 5700 tons of standard coal and reduces 37000 tons of carbon emissions.
2. 9 MW biomass power generation. Turn "rice husk" into "new energy". It generates 28 million degrees of electricity annually, produces 28000 tons of rice husk charcoal, saves 3400 tons of standard coal and reduces carbon emissions by 22000 tons.
3. 17 MW photovoltaic power generation. Sunning green electricity. The space utilization area is 150,000 m ², the installed capacity is 17 MW, the carbon reduction is 16,000 tons, the coal saving is 2,400 tons, and the annual power generation is 20 million kwh.

4. 11.5MW wind power + 10MW/20MW. Energy storage synergy. The annual power generation is 19 million kwh, the standard coal is saved by 2300 tons, the carbon emission is reduced by 15000 tons, the wind turbine capacity is 11.5MW, and the energy storage capacity is 20 MWh.
5, 9 MW garbage power generation. Turn waste into electricity. It generates 50 million degrees of electricity annually, saves 6400 tons of standard coal and reduces 39000 tons of carbon emissions.
While promoting the construction of green power generation projects, Jining Conch uses intelligent dispatch to solve the core problems such as the instability of new energy, the fluctuation of electricity load and the difference of power generation cost.
With the above measures, Jining Conch will reduce carbon emissions by about 100000 tons annually, save about 20000 tons of standard coal and save about 30 million yuan annually.
