Huaxin's First Overseas Card-Free Shipping Project Successfully Launched in Tanzania

Recently, the card-free delivery project of Huaxin Building Materials Tanga Factory in Tanzania was officially put into operation. During the implementation of the project, the intelligent parking lot has realized the dynamic perception and orderly scheduling of vehicles, effectively alleviating road congestion; the self-service machine in the logistics hall has greatly shortened the processing time of the whole process of cement, clinker sales, procurement, clinker transfer and other business. In view of the problem that the location of the local license plate is not fixed, the project adopts the scheme of high and low dual cameras, the success rate of recognition is 99%, and the senseless passage of vehicles is 8-10 seconds faster than swiping cards. When leaving the factory, the system automatically prints the invoice, which saves the driver from queuing back. AI point packages are deployed in all 12 lanes of the packaging workshop, the accuracy of conventional scenes is 99.9%, the accuracy of stacking scenes is 99%, and the photoelectric switch is reserved as a backup. Anti-theft package is through the "QR Code + license plate recognition" double verification, not only to prevent the deck vehicle mixed into the loading, but also to prevent the code package personnel to use the rear car QR Code for the front car private repair package, while effectively sol ving the problem that part of the license plate can not be identified, with the monitoring room registration repair package and regular spot checks, etc. "Technology + management" means, to solve the management problems for the factory, improve operational efficiency.
