On April 16, the 2026 Supply Chain Management Conference of Tianshan Materials was held in Pudong, Shanghai. Man Gaopeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the company, attended the meeting and made work arrangements. Wang Chen, member of the Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, gave a warning education on honesty. The principal heads of regional companies attended the meeting.
Man Gaopeng fully affirmed the supply chain management work in 2025. He pointed out that in the past year, the company has deepened its institutional reform, improved its system, built a digital platform, achieved remarkable results in reducing procurement costs, and continuously improved its management and control capabilities. At the same time, he pointed out the differences in work effectiveness among regional companies and the shortcomings in logistics links, which pointed out the direction for improvement in the follow-up work.
In view of the supply chain management work in 2026, Man Gaopeng emphasized that first, we should anchor the core goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, continue to deepen the decisive measure of centralized procurement, logistics optimization, material substitution and direct mining of raw materials and fuels, and constantly consolidate the foundation of supply chain management.
Second, efforts should be made to build a "big supply" system, strictly implement the requirements of "recruiting as much as possible, collecting as much as possible, and going as straight as possible", comprehensively promote the specialization and large-scale procurement of all categories, and continuously improve the efficiency and intensive level of procurement.
He asked all units to focus on four key tasks:
first, promote the promotion of SRM platform to enable supply chain management with digitalization;
second, make up for the shortcomings of logistics and reduce operating costs;
The third is to conduct a general survey of resources to provide data support for procurement cost reduction;
the fourth is to improve the supply chain management system, strengthen the linkage between production and procurement, and achieve efficient matching between supply and demand.
He pointed out that all supply chain management personnel must strictly abide by the bottom line of integrity, adhere to the sunshine operation of the whole business line, strengthen responsibility, and support the overall quality and efficiency of the company with the high-quality development of the supply chain.
Wang Chen reported the typical cases in the field of procurement bidding investigated and dealt with by the disciplines committees at all levels of Tianshan Materials in 2025, deeply analyzed the root causes of the problems such as illegal related party transactions, bid-rigging, flaws in bid evaluation procedures, and economic exchanges with suppliers, and put forward three suggestions in the light of the actual situation in the field of procurement bidding. The first is to strengthen the awareness of active learning and build a solid ideological defense line; the second is to keep a close eye on all links of the whole chain and strengthen standardization and supervision; the third is to consolidate responsibilities at all levels, strictly pursue accountability, consciously guard the bottom line of integrity and the red line of work, and further promote the construction of integrity in the procurement field.
At the meeting, Yang Zaicheng, General Manager of Supply Chain Management Department, made a report on his work, comprehensively summarized the supply chain management work in 2025, and focused on the theme of "integrating resources, optimizing business, improving system and creating value" to clarify the specific measures and implementation paths of the work in 2026. Centralized procurement platform companies and regional companies report annual work summaries and plans in turn, and five units share advanced experience around logistics cost reduction, material substitution and other topics.
The conference was held in the form of "live + live broadcast", covering the company's headquarters and regional and district supply centers, with a total of more than 1200 participants.
