On August 11, Yongshan Branch of Zhaotong Eco-environmental Bureau of Yunnan Province issued a public announcement on the proposed review of the EIA documents of Huanghua Photovoltaic Power Generation Project .
According to the announcement, the project is newly built , located in Lianfeng Town and Maolin Town, Yongshan County, Zhaotong City, Yunnan Province, and is constructed by Huaneng Luodian (Yongshan) New Energy Co., Ltd . The total investment is 480 million yuan . The installed capacity of the Project is 120 MW , with DC side installed capacity of 150.01 MWp and capacity ratio of 1.25. The main equipment of the project is 240016 625Wp monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and 375 320kW series inverters . There are 40 sub-arrays in
the Project, including 25 3.3MW arrays, 6 2.9MW arrays, 2 2.6MW arrays, 3 2.3MW arrays and 4 2.0MW arrays. The series inverter scheme is adopted for the Project, and the inverter capacity is 320 kW. Each string consists of 28 modules, and 22 ~ 23 strings are connected to the inverter, and then the inverter is connected to the 35 kV box transformer. The total construction period of the
project is 12 months , which is planned to start in September 2026 and be completed by the end of September 2027.
