On August 18, Huaneng Guanyun 500MW Offshore Photovoltaic Project (Area G1-2) was successfully filed.
It is understood that the project site relies on the existing sea area of Huaneng Guanyun offshore wind power, with a planned installed capacity of 500 MW and a planned sea area of about 700 hectares. After the project is completed and put into operation, it can output about 700 million kilowatt-hours of clean electricity annually.
It is worth noting that the project belongs to the first batch of pilot projects of offshore wind and solar power in Jiangsu Province, and is located in the same sea area as the 400 MW offshore photovoltaic and 300 MW offshore wind power that have been put into operation in G1-1 area. The total capacity of the company in Lianyungang area has reached 1200 MW .
