Faced with the current severe situation of serious imbalance between supply and demand, cement enterprises in the whole province should improve their positions, fully recognize the downward expectations of the industry, and strengthen the implementation of the relevant requirements of the Letter on Further Strengthening the Self-Discipline of the Cement Industry issued by the Fujian Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology and other four departments (No.2026). We should adhere to both peak staggering production and capacity management, start clinker capacity verification as soon as possible, and take the implementation of "production according to record capacity" verification as a major mission and responsibility in the forefront of the industry.
Adhere to the inter-provincial peripheral market as a chess game, strengthen the communication and liaison between Fujian and Jiangxi, Fujian and Guangdong industries, gather consensus on development, and avoid involution impulse; take the initiative to actively connect with Fujian cement imported from other provinces, jointly promote the market and maintain a good market order.
