1. Basic information

II. Progress

of this lawsuit On August 18, 2026, Dunshi Construction Company received the Civil Judgment (2026) Yu 0782 No.4227 from Huixian Court. The details are as follows:

(I) The defendant, Henan Huanshan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., shall pay the plaintiff, Tangshan Dunshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., the 10528375.18 of the first bid section of the project involved in the case (including the quality guarantee deposit) and the overdue interest within 15 days after the judgment comes into effect. The 30873662.22 of the second and third bid sections is RMB and the interest for overdue payment.

(2) The plaintiff, Tangshan Dunshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., discounted the civil engineering of the relocation and technical transformation of the new dry process cement clinker production line located in Huochagou Village, Gaozhuang Township, Huixian City, with a daily output of 5500 tons and a co-disposal of 100000 tons/year of fly ash from garbage power generation. The auction price shall enjoy the priority of compensation within the scope of the 41402037.4 of the project.

(3) The defendant, Henan Huanshan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., shall pay the plaintiff, Tangshan Dunshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a lawyer's fee of 90000 within 15 days after the judgment comes into effect.

(4) The defendants, Henan Sunstone Group Cement Co., Ltd. and Xinxiang Zhenxin Cement Co., Ltd., are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the second and third bidding sections of the first item mentioned above, the overdue interest and the lawyer's fee of the third item 90000 yuan.

(5) The plaintiff Tangshan Dunshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. shall enjoy the priority of compensation for the proceeds from the discount, auction or sale of the machinery and equipment mortgaged by the defendant Henan Taiyangshi Group Cement Co., Ltd. within the scope of the fourth item above, including the project funds 30873662.22 yuan and the overdue interest, and the lawyer's fee 90000 yuan.

If the obligation to pay money is not fulfilled within the period specified in this judgment, the interest on the debt during the period of delay in performance shall be doubled in accordance with Article 264 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China. The
