On January 8, the first public announcement of public participation in environmental impact assessment of 1 , 2 , 3 # and 4 # cement clinker production line capacity replacement project of Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd.
Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. has two new dry process cement clinker production lines with a daily output of 5000 tons and two with a daily output of 4500 tons, which are equipped with six Ф4.2 × 14.5 m cement grinding systems and 2 × 18000 kW pure low-temperature cement waste heat power generation systems. Supporting mine, limestone transportation corridor, raw material wharf and other utilities and auxiliary facilities. The existing project has been completed and put into operation for many years, with complete environmental protection procedures and normal operation of environmental protection facilities.
Through capacity replacement, 1 # and 2 # cement clinker production lines are increased from 4500t/d to 5750t/d, and 3 # and 4 # cement clinker production lines are increased from 5000t/d to 6000t/d.
It is reported that Shimen Conch Co., Ltd. has transferred a total of 2250t/d production capacity to Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement the production capacity of Line 3 # to 6000t/d and Line 1 # to 5750t/d.
Zunyi Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd. transferred a total capacity of 4500 t/d to Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to supplement the capacity of Line 4 # to 6000t/d and Line 2 # to 5750 t/d.
