Recently, Longji Wuhu Production Base officially passed the four-level certification of China Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity (CMMM), becoming the first component factory in the photovoltaic industry to obtain this certification. This is another important achievement of the company in the field of intelligent manufacturing after Longji Jiaxing Production Base was awarded the "Lighthouse Factory" of the World Economic Forum, and it is also a concrete manifestation of the effectiveness of intelligent manufacturing in photovoltaic manufacturing.
According to the inquiry of the public service platform for intelligent manufacturing evaluation, Longji Wuhu and Jiaxing production bases have successively obtained CMMM level 4 certification.
CMMM (Capability Maturity Model for Intelligent Manufacturing) is a national standard system for evaluating the level of intelligent manufacturing in enterprises. According to the two national standards of "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Model" (GB/T 39116-2020) and "Intelligent Manufacturing Capability Maturity Assessment Method" (GB/T 39117-2020), the enterprise's intelligent manufacturing capability is divided into five levels. Since its release in 2020, the standard system has become one of the most widely used evaluation systems in the field of intelligent manufacturing in China.
At present, no domestic enterprise has reached the highest five-level "leading level". The four-level "optimization level" is the highest level actually achieved at present, which requires enterprises to realize data-driven self-learning, self-adaptation and continuous optimization in the core links of production and manufacturing. Only more than 100 enterprises have passed the four-level certification in China, and Longji Wuhu Production Base is the first factory in the field of photovoltaic modules to obtain this certification.
It is understood that the certification covers 15 key links, such as supply chain procurement, intelligent production scheduling, equipment operation and maintenance, energy management, safety and environmental protection, logistics and distribution. As the core production base of BC components such as Hi-MO 9 and Hi-MO X10, Longji Wuhu Factory has deployed seven AI engines, which are applied to staff skill management, production scheduling, quality inspection, equipment maintenance, process optimization, energy management and warehousing logistics.
Data show that the factory's full-link AI quality inspection platform has increased the efficiency of defect detection by 80%, and the incidence of quality problems in the whole line has decreased by 40%. Through upgrading the equipment and process of the four major sections of screen printing, welding, typesetting and repair, the production efficiency has increased by 21%. The intelligent dispatch system has increased the dispatch efficiency by 60%; The "Fengshui Linkage" AI intelligent control system reduces the overall energy consumption by 7%. With the deep application of AI, the intelligent manufacturing capability of the production base has been upgraded from single-point automation to the systematization of the whole value chain. of Longji Wuhu production base will eventually precipitate into shorter delivery cycle, more stable quality performance and more transparent carbon footprint data. Hi-MO 9 module, which was previously certified as the first "full scene reliability" in the photovoltaic industry, is offline from this factory. Its high reliability performance under different climate and terrain conditions can not be separated from the support of AI quality inspection, predictive maintenance and flexible production scheduling.
