With the deepening of the national "double carbon" strategy and the development of green, low carbon and high quality as the core proposition of industrial development, Tangshan Branch has taken the lead, based on the regional industrial foundation, tapped the potential of idle space resources in the factory area, and is taking the construction of new energy projects as the starting point to accelerate the construction of a clean and low carbon modern industrial energy system. The distributed photovoltaic project of the first plant

of Tangshan Branch, with an installed capacity of 8.16 MW, was constructed by Tangshan Branch and EPC contracted by Mangrove Company. The project was officially started in May 2026. In the early stage of project construction, the project team efficiently completed the load review, grid connection procedures and scheme demonstration of the whole plant; During the construction of the project, in the face of a variety of complex conditions, the project team implemented measures such as inverted schedule and dynamic allocation of resources to reduce the original 93 days of grid-connected conditions to 63 days, and recently completed the grid-connected procedures and on-site verification of the State Grid Corporation, formally grid-connected power generation with full capacity, and ran out of the "acceleration" of new energy construction in the cement industry. The most breakthrough of the

project is the first large-scale application of the innovative technology system of "photovoltaic integrated tile + adhesive roof technology + light photovoltaic module" in the cement group. The integrated support structure of
photovoltaic integrated tile adapts to complex plant conditions and has waterproof, heat insulation and load-bearing functions.
The high-strength adhesive process abandons the traditional concrete counterweight, and there is no drilling and additional load in the whole process, so as to eliminate the hidden danger of leakage from the source;
Lightweight photovoltaic modules greatly reduce the weight of equipment, accurately solve the problem of insufficient load on old roofs, and successfully activate idle roof resources.
The technology system can be replicated and promoted, providing a mature and reliable technical sample for new energy technology transformation in the same industry. After the project is put into operation, the photovoltaic system has been incorporated into the standardized management of the whole plant equipment, the inspection, operation and maintenance account has been established, the power generation efficiency has been tracked regularly, the consumption of purchased power has been effectively reduced, and the stable green power output has been realized. Starting
