Recently, according to information from relevant asset trading platforms, The overall demolition and transfer of cement clinker line assets, buildings and structures in Huangcaoba Industrial Park, Longling County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, 3200t/d ( Note: the approved production capacity is 2500t/d ) has been completed. The transaction price was 625.887 million yuan .

The underlying assets are mainly a 2500t/d new dry process cement clinker production line, an annual output of 1.2 million tons of cement grinding and 4.5MW waste heat power generation related equipment, buildings and structures . The transfer object is located in the plant area of Longling Conch Cement Co., Ltd. in Huangcaoba Industrial Park, Longling County, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province. The transfer base price is 44.4587 million yuan, and the appraisal price of the transfer object is 39.344 million yuan.
