On May 7, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Guizhou Province issued the Announcement on the Demolition of the Main Equipment of the 2000 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line of the Cement Branch of Guizhou Bohong Industrial Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in Cement and Glass Industry (2024 edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), Liupanshui Bureau of Industry and Information Technology conducted on-site verification and acceptance. The main equipment such as rotary kiln and main motor of the new dry cement production line with a daily output of 2000 tons of clinker in Guizhou Bohong Industrial Co., Ltd., which has been used for capacity replacement of Liaoning Yinsheng Cement Group Co., Ltd., has been dismantled . It is now announced that it does not have the conditions to produce clinker.
On May 8, the Liaoning Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on the Demolition of the 2500 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Fushun Dahuofang Cement Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), in December 2025, our department announced the supplementary capacity replacement plan for the 6667 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Tieling Dahuofang Cement Co., Ltd. Experts organized by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology conducted on-site verification and acceptance of the demolition of the production line with a daily output of 2500 tons of Fushun Dahuofang Cement Co., Ltd. and confirmed that the production line had been demolished and did not have the conditions to resume production.
