Li Guiqin introduced the development of Conch's main cement industry and other industries in Zhejiang Province, and said that the current cement industry market is under pressure, and it is necessary for the association to take the lead in strengthening industry self-discipline. Yao Hairong introduced the current situation of cement industry in Zhejiang Province and the self-discipline work of the industry over the years. Participants exchanged views on deepening industry self-discipline and reshaping the industry to return to a healthy ecology, and reached a consensus.

Yao Jixin said in the discussion that Conch Cement has a large market share in Zhejiang Province and is one of the main forces in the cement market. For a long time, it has provided strong support for the ecological construction and green high-quality development of the cement industry in Zhejiang Province. Yao Jixin stressed that in the first half of this year, Zhejiang cement industry suffered an overall loss for the first time in 17 years, and the industry is facing unprecedented development challenges. The more difficult the industry is, the more large enterprises need to take the initiative and work together. Large enterprises should communicate more, play a leading role, and drive small and medium-sized enterprises to move in the same direction. The province should first unify its thinking, and then do a good job of peripheral coordination. I believe that as long as we unify our thinking, form a consensus and work together, the ecology of Zhejiang cement industry will surely usher in a bright future and create brilliance again.

In order to fundamentally solve the problem of reasonable pricing of cement and curb vicious competition at low prices, Yao Jixin also put forward suggestions for deepening the study of cement and clinker futures.
