The inspection team went deep into Xining City, Hainan Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture and other places, and found a number of hidden problems in key areas such as mining, urban gas, fire protection, dangerous chemicals, transportation, industry and trade, and construction. According to the report, the top five industries in the number of production safety accidents in 2025 are cement products, bricks and tiles, stone, cement production and ceramics.
