On May 15, Shandong Cement Industry Association issued the Notice on Staggered Production of Cement Clinker Enterprises in Shandong Province in June.
The notice shows that all clinker production lines of cement clinker enterprises in Shandong Province (including special clinker production lines, excluding chemical supporting clinker production lines of Shandong Lubei Chemical Co., Ltd.) will be shut down for 20 days from 0:00 on June 1 to 24:00 on June 20.
The notice requires that all cement clinker enterprises should make overall arrangements to ensure the safe production of cement mills and ensure the normal supply of cement. Enterprises that undertake special tasks such as protecting people's livelihood during the peak-shifting production period in the heating season
of 2025-2026 and originally planned to make up for the suspension during this period and enterprises that did not stop the peak-shifting production in April 2026 must continue to make up for the suspension after the end of the peak-shifting production.
