On January 21, the Intermediate People's Court of Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, issued a notice on the bankruptcy and termination of Xinjiang Jinhe Concrete Co., Ltd.

After investigation, at present, there are no cash deposits in the bank accounts of Jinhe Company, no real estate, motor vehicles, securities, insurance and realizable fixed assets and other inventory under the company's name, and there are no assets available for distribution and no property clues. In accordance with the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 4 of Article 43 and Paragraph 3 of Article 120 of the Enterprise Bankruptcy Law of the People's Republic of China, the Court declared the bankruptcy of Xinjiang Jinhe Concrete Co., Ltd. and terminated the bankruptcy liquidation procedure of Xinjiang Jinhe Concrete Co., Ltd. on January 21, 2026.
