The announcement shows that the project is located in Shijiazhai Township, Fuping Town and Shawo Town of Fuping County, and the construction content is the famous 700 MW photovoltaic power generation project in Fuping County of Baoding City (Phase I 300000 kW), which includes 300 MW photovoltaic part (390 MWp on the DC side) . A new 220kV booster station will be built, which will be connected to the standby bay at the 220kV bus side of Fuping 500kV Substation through a 220kV line, and the outgoing line, etc.
The project contracting mode is EPC project general contracting, which is planned to start construction on September 30, 2026 and grid-connected power generation with full capacity on September 30, 2027. The scope of this
tender is: legal compliance of the project, preliminary project documents, survey and design, equipment procurement, civil engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning, grid connection, project commissioning, production preparation, handover of production and all work within the warranty period.
This tender requires the bidder to have good operating conditions and business reputation, as well as valid qualification for general contracting of power engineering construction at or above the first level, qualification for installation (repair, test) of power facilities at or above the second level, valid safety production license, and no major or above production safety accidents since January 2024. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
