on Publishing the List of the Fifth Batch of Renewable Energy Power Generation Subsidy Projects in 2026 According to the National Development and Reform Commission of the Ministry of Finance Several Opinions of the National Energy Administration on Promoting the Healthy Development of Non-water Renewable Energy Power Generation (Cai Jian [2020] No.4), Measures of the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission and the National Energy Administration on Issuing the Additional Fund Management Measures for Renewable Energy Tariff (Finance Construction [2020] No.5), Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on the Audit of the List of Renewable Energy Power Generation Subsidies (Finance Construction [2020] No.6), Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on Accelerating the Audit of the List of Renewable Energy Power Generation Subsidies (Finance Construction [2020] No.70), "Notice of the General Department of the State Energy Administration of the General Office of the State Development and Reform Commission of the General Office of the Ministry of Finance on Strengthening the Normalized Management of Additional Subsidy Funds for Renewable Energy Prices" (Finance Office Construction [2024] 6) and other documents require that the declaration of the new energy cloud platform of the State Grid be included in the list of subsidies for renewable energy generation. After the preliminary examination by the State Grid, the confirmation by the provincial authorities and the review by the National Renewable Energy Information Management Center, the projects that have completed the publicity procedures in accordance with the regulations shall be published. There are five projects

included in the fifth batch of renewable energy power generation subsidies in 2026, with an approved/filed capacity of 254.6 MW, all of which are centralized power generation projects. A total of 42 projects with an approved/filed capacity of 295.1 MW changed the list of renewable energy power generation subsidies, including 6 centralized power generation projects with an approved/filed capacity of 270.3 MW and 36 distributed power generation projects with an approved/filed capacity of 24.8 MW.
