The subsidiary of Conch Cement Holdings was listed to transfer the land use right, with a base price of 3.608 million yuan.

Recently , Yingjiang Yunhan Cement Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Conch Cement Holdings, listed and transferred a land use right under its name on the property rights trading platform, with a transfer base price of 3.608 million yuan.

Yunhan Cement is located in Bianfu Village, Nongli Town, Yingjiang County, Dehong Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It was founded in 2005 and acquired by Conch Cement in 2013, with a shareholding ratio of 99%. The plant is equipped with a new dry cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons, which will be put into operation in 2016. It mainly produces "Conch Brand" cement.
