2. During the National Energy Conservation Publicity Week, the National Development and Reform Commission, together with relevant departments and units, will actively carry out various forms and rich contents of publicity and education activities around the theme of the activities, strengthen the publicity and popularization of the concepts and knowledge of ecological priority, conservation and intensive, green and low-carbon development, and continuously enhance the awareness and ability of energy conservation and carbon reduction in the whole society.
