Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on January 23, Guangzhou Development Chongqing Xiushan Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tender unit was Guangzhou Development New Energy Group Co., Ltd.
The announcement shows that the project is located in Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County of Chongqing, and the installed capacity of photovoltaic AC side is planned to be 150 MW . 331,205 N-type 620Wp monocrystalline double-sided PV modules are planned to be installed in the whole site , with a total of 65 power generation units and 468 320 kW string inverters . A new 110kV booster station is planned to be built in the
project. The photovoltaic array is connected to the new 110kV booster station of the project by 9 circuits of 35kV collector lines. The generated power is sent to the 110kV side of Xiushan Substation by 1 circuit of 110kV line after being boosted by the collector line through the main transformer. The new overhead line is about 12.3 km long.
The bidding scope includes the general contracting work of the whole process of project commencement ceremony, effect drawing and construction process record display, project formalities, government coordination, engineering survey and design, equipment and material procurement and supply, etc.
The project is scheduled to complete full capacity grid connection by December 31, 2026.
This tender requires the bidder to have at least one grid-connected EPC general contracting project with a single capacity of 100MWp or above from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . Only a consortium composed of no more than 2 units shall be accepted, with 1 member of the consortium undertaking the design task and 1 member of the consortium undertaking the construction task, and the agreement shall be signed. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on February 13, 2026.
