Construction Content of 580,000-ton Electrolytic Aluminum Construction Project

of Wanji Aluminum (Xinjiang) Co., Ltd. (Integrated General Contracting of Design, Procurement and Construction)

: The construction content of this project includes the main production workshop, auxiliary production facilities, public auxiliary facilities and comprehensive facilities. Main production workshops: electrolysis workshop, power supply rectification workshop (including main control building), alumina storage and transportation system, electrolysis flue gas purification center, anode assembly workshop, casting workshop; auxiliary production facilities: process garage, tank overhaul workshop, ladle cleaning workshop, comprehensive maintenance workshop, carbon slag treatment room, central laboratory, warehouse and temporary storage, etc.; Public and auxiliary facilities: fence, plant road, integrated pipe network (including but not limited to water supply and drainage, fire fighting, natural gas, compressed air, heating and ventilation, circulating water, etc.), air compression station, pressurized pump station of the whole plant, circulating water station of each workshop, natural gas pressure regulating station, domestic sewage treatment station, production wastewater treatment station, initial rainwater collection tank and lifting pump station, etc.; comprehensive facilities: comprehensive office building and staff canteen. The specific engineering content and scale of this project shall be subject to the engineering content and scale in the feasibility study report (see Annex 9 provided by the Employer) (excluding geological exploration, dynamic compaction foundation, greening, intelligent chemical plant, anode carbon blocks of 360 electrolyzers and cathode carbon blocks of 30 electrolyzers).

This project adopts EPC project general contracting mode, from engineering design (including preliminary design, construction drawing design and completion drawing) to the full operation of the project, through the acceptance of high-level production standards and the acceptance of project excellence, and up to the specified performance guarantee index and the expiration of defect liability period. All the work needed for the construction of a complete 580000 tons scale electrolytic aluminium project. Including but not limited to: engineering design (including preliminary design, construction drawing design and as-built drawings), procurement of all equipment and materials, expediting, supervision, transportation, storage, sampling inspection of materials and inspection and testing of equipment, construction and installation engineering, smart site construction, single machine commissioning, linkage test run, EPC in coordination with the whole process of commissioning (excluding the supply of main raw and auxiliary materials required for production in the commissioning stage, see Schedule 13), performance assessment, handover (completion) acceptance, quality warranty and technical services.
