   According to the framework agreement, the two parties intend to plan and construct two new dry process cement clinker production lines in Vientiane, supporting auxiliary facilities such as 5 million tons of cement grinding system, waste heat power generation and supporting production, and simultaneously construct urban waste pretreatment system, with a total investment of about 600 million US dollars.

   According to the introduction, the technology of using cement kiln to treat municipal solid waste and the pretreatment technology of municipal solid waste are independently innovated and developed by Conch Cement, which solves the problem that municipal solid waste landfill occupies a large amount of land and pollutes the environment. The former was also nominated for the "Blue Sky Award" for the world's leading renewable energy technology in 2009.
