The announcement said that recently, the company signed the "Daquan Energy Silicon-based New Material Industrial Park Project Investment Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Project Investment Agreement") with the Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee and Xinjiang Tianfu Energy Co., Ltd. It was agreed that the company would invest in the construction of "Daquan Energy Silicon-based New Material Industrial Park Project" in Shihezi City, Xinjiang.
The project is constructed in the way of "overall planning and phased implementation", of which the first phase of the project is planned to invest 7.5 billion yuan to build an annual output of 50000 tons of polysilicon and supporting 150000 tons of industrial silicon and 1.2 million round silicon cores ; The second phase plans to invest 7.5 billion yuan to build a project with an annual output of 50000 tons of polysilicon, 150000 tons of industrial silicon and 1 million round silicon cores. According to
the announcement, The Management Committee of Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone intends to provide a plot of about 1200 mu located in Shihezi Economic and Technological Development Zone (subject to the final boundary area) for a new project with an annual output of 100,000 tons of polysilicon and 2.2 million round silicon cores; About 1000 mu of land in Shihetan New Material Industrial Park in Shihezi (subject to the final boundary area) is used to build a new industrial silicon project with an annual output of 300000 tons.
