As the company did not start construction within three months after obtaining the project filing, it decided to abolish the project .
It is reported that on April 17, 2025, the Kashgar Regional Development and Reform Commission has issued the project record certificate to the project builder, Jilin Lewei Zhihui Energy Services Co., Ltd. Since then, the county has communicated with the company many times on the start of the project. Up to now, the project has not yet started construction. Kashgar Regional Development and Reform Commission said that the delay in the construction of the project would seriously affect the progress of the completion of various data indicators such as fixed assets investment in Maigaiti County, and at the same time adversely affect the follow-up declaration of new energy projects in the county, and decided to abolish the project.
