On October 27, Chahanaoer River Basin Management + Rural Revitalization Phase II Shangyi County 400 MW Photovoltaic Storage Demonstration Project PC General Contracting Tender Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was Hebei Trading Hengzi Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the project is located in Shangyi County, Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province, with a planned total installed capacity of 400 MW, divided into several scattered plots, and a new 220 kV booster station.
The bidding scope includes but is not limited to: (1) Equipment and materials. (2) Construction and installation works. (3) Commissioning, trial operation, test and inspection. (4) Others. See the bidding documents for details. 2.3 Quality standard: meet the requirements of the current standards, specifications and bidding documents issued by the state and the industry. The qualified rate of the construction, installation, commissioning unit works and divisional and subdivisional works within the scope of the project shall reach 100%. The project shall be put into operation with high standards and strive for high-quality projects in the power industry. The planned commencement date of the
project is November 2025, and the final date is subject to the supervisor's notice; the grid connection date is December 31, 2025. In addition to the ability to perform the contract, good business reputation and corresponding qualifications, the bidder is
required to perform in the past three years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding). Subject to the time of signing the contract, it has the performance of PC general contracting or EPC general contracting for two 100MW and above photovoltaic power generation projects. Other requirements are as shown in the figure below:
Consortium bidding is accepted in this tender . The deadline for submission of
bidding documents is 9:00 on November 18, 2025.
