On December 11, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of the Sinkiang Production and Construction Corps issued a reply on the environmental impact report of the energy-saving and emission-reduction technology upgrading project of the burning system of the new dry cement clinker production line of Hetian Qingsong Building Materials Co., Ltd.
Hetian Qingsong Building Materials Co., Ltd. shall, within 20 working days after receiving the reply, submit the approved environmental impact report to Kunyu Ecological Environment Bureau of the 14th Division for supervision and inspection by the ecological environment department as required. The

data show that the project is located in the existing factory area of Hetian Qingsong Building Material Co., Ltd. in the new building material area of Kunyu Economic and Technological Development Zone of the 14th Division, and carries out technical transformation of the existing 2000 t/d new dry cement clinker production line. Cement clinker production capacity will be expanded to 3000t/d , with an annual output of 900,000 tons of clinker and 1.2 million tons of cement. The total investment of the project is 38.15 million yuan , including 10.63 million yuan for environmental protection, accounting for 27.86% of the total investment. The main construction contents of
