Recently, with the approval of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Supervisory Commission of the Central Discipline Commission examined and investigated the serious violation of discipline and law by Fei Dongbin, an alternate member of the 20th Central Committee, a former member of the Party Group of the Ministry of Transport, and a former secretary and director of the Party Group of the State Railway Administration.
After investigation, Fei Dongbin constituted a serious violation of duty and was suspected of bribery. According to relevant regulations, it was decided that Fei Dongbin should be expelled from the party; the State Supervisory Commission should dismiss him from public office; and his qualifications as a representative of the 20th National Congress of the Party should be terminated.
