of Guangling Hub to Jingjiang Hub Section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway Construction Scale: The expansion scope of Guangling Hub to Jingjiang Hub Section of Beijing-Shanghai Expressway starts from Guangling Hub. It ends at the Jingjiang Junction set at the intersection with the north connection line of Jiangyin Jingjiang Changjiang Tunnel, with an expansion mileage of about 10.540 km, including 3.577 km of Taixing section and 6.963 km of Jingjiang section, which is constructed according to the standard of two-way ten-lane expressway. One service area is reconstructed and expanded along the whole line, namely Guangling service area.
Construction period requirements: planned completion date: July 31, 2026, and the defect liability period is 24 months. The specific commencement date shall be subject to the approval date of the commencement report of the construction unit, and the completion date shall be subject to the approval date of the handover acceptance report.
Bidding scope: The demolition works of this project include: demolition and disposal of the original buildings (except the complex building in the west area), structures, petrochemical pipelines of the gas station, indoor equipment, etc. (See the bill of quantities for the specific demolition list).
The reconstruction and expansion contents mainly include: civil engineering, decoration engineering, electrical engineering, Water supply and drainage engineering, ventilation engineering, gas station and equipment pipeline technology, safety island and other engineering construction and maintenance work during the defect liability period. It does not include outdoor engineering, air conditioning engineering, decoration and fine decoration construction of business units on the first floor of the East-West Complex Building. At the same time, it is required to cooperate with the completion of external water and electricity access, gas station construction and acceptance, fire control acceptance of the complex building, etc. See the bill of quantities and drawings for details.
