Jiangxi Taihe Southern Cement Co., Ltd. has deeply practiced the concept of "two mountains", taking the "ecological line", "circular line" and "wisdom line" of the mining area as the axis, and has unfolded a beautiful picture of green mountains and Jinshan and Yinshan.
In recent years, Taihe Nanfang has deeply practiced the concept of "green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan", adhered to ecological priority and green development, and gradually realized the restoration goal of "loess is not bare, slope is green, and region is landscape" through zoning and classified management. Through a series of ecological restoration and protection measures, the green foundation of the land will be reshaped. More than 150 mu of ecological restoration area has been completed, the greening rate of greening area has reached 100%, and the survival rate of vegetation restoration has reached 90%. From the mountain forest to the water system, from the countryside to the factory building, every place exudes the beauty of ecology, making people feel as if they are in a beautiful landscape painting. When the rock wall is covered with green clothes, it is a common painting of people and green hills. The north side of the mining area is staging a "green return"-organic soil spreading, rock and soil covered with green clothes, shrubs deeply rooted, Parthenocissus tricuspidata climbing, barren exit, vitality return. On the south side of the mining area, ecological restoration and landscape construction go hand in hand-the surrounding lawn is like a blanket, Photinia fraseri stands upright, peaches and plums are scattered, and the forest will be dyed in autumn in the future. With the slope spraying and compaction technology, the green will be restored with "beauty and quality", keeping the ecological bottom line and lighting up the visual beauty. This land, once awakened by machinery, is redrawing its green mountains and rivers one by one with vegetation as the pen and time as the ink. In October 2023, the company won the title of provincial green factory; in September 2024, Huanggang Limestone Mine was successfully selected into the list of provincial green mines.
02 "Cycle Line": The Protection
of Waste Free Mines When the waste rock moves towards rebirth, it is the cycle road of zero waste of resources. Here, there is no "waste", only misplaced resources. We adhere to the principle of "turning waste into treasure and utilizing the whole chain" to build a green closed loop of "mining, processing, utilization and restoration". Waste rock is turned into aggregate and enters urban construction; waste soil is used as ingredients to help low-carbon production; topsoil is returned to the mountain to support ecological greening. From mining to regeneration, every stone and soil has found its own "home" on this environmental protection cycle line. The topsoil returns to the mountain, and the cycle is reborn. Before mining, the mechanism of "topsoil stripping, separate storage, protection and utilization" shall be strictly implemented to prevent soil erosion. These "breathing soils" are not sleeping-more than 90% of them are used for ecological reclamation and covering soil in the later stage, so that the vegetation can "grow firmly and vigorously"; the remaining part is used for the construction of transport roads, so as to realize "making the best use of the soil". One side of the earth comes from the mountains and goes back to the mountains to complete a green "life cycle". Classified shoveling and precise ore blending. In the face of complex rock strata and changeable geology, a rapid detection mechanism of "perforation sampling-testing on the same day-real-time feedback" is established to grasp the grade of each ore like "physical examination". In the process of shoveling and transportation, the mode of "classified shoveling and scientific collocation" is implemented to accurately identify high-grade ore, low-grade ore, interlayer and surrounding rock, so as to realize differentiated utilization. Through systematic scheduling and graded utilization, the waste rock is "zero" waste, and the comprehensive utilization rate reaches 100%, so as to truly achieve "grain warehousing". From the protection of one side of the earth to the rebirth of each stone, this circular line is silently telling a new story belonging to a modern mine. In December 2024, the company won the honorary title of "Waste Free Enterprise".
03 "Wisdom Line": Upgrading
of Development Kinetic Energy When mines meet numbers, it is a dialogue between ecology and intelligence. Here, technology is no longer a cold code, but a "clairvoyant eye" and "downwind ear" to protect the green mountains and rivers. From "civil air defense" to "intelligent defense", Anzhitong, a "security sentry", has achieved 24-hour uninterrupted protection. High-definition cameras and sensors weave an invisible network of wisdom to monitor dust, noise, water quality and slope stability around the clock. The number has become the most loyal security guard. Intelligent dispatching system, like the "intelligent brain" of the mine, collects real-time data from mining, transportation and processing links, automatically optimizes production plans, allocates equipment and directs the operation of mine cars. The centralized management and control platform of mine automation invested has become the "central nervous system" of digital mine. Since then, environmental monitoring, video surveillance, resource reserves, weighbridge measurement, mine car scheduling, three-dimensional modeling and other eight systems have been "one screen management", and all production and operation data have been standardized, visualized and traceable. Fingertip light point, the whole mine operation is in control; on a screen, green and wisdom add radiance and beauty to each other.
