For the fishing-photovoltaic complementary project, the installed capacity on the DC side is 93.625MWp , and the installed capacity on the AC side is 80MW . Domestic monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass battery modules of 620Wp and above are adopted, and the arrangement mode of combining flexible support and fixed support is adopted. The installation capacity of flexible support is 57.4525MWp . Fixed support installation capacity 36.

This is a general contract for design and construction, and the bidding scope includes but is not limited to the survey and design of the photovoltaic area of the project, a new 110kV booster station and the collector line. Procurement and supply of all equipment (excluding all photovoltaic modules , inverter equipment and fixed brackets) and materials, construction and installation engineering (including all equipment supplied by Party A), etc. See the following figure:

that this tender requires the bidder to have good business status, business reputation, In addition to the corresponding qualifications, the performance shall meet one of the following two performances:

(1) from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of signing the contract). Completed centralized at least 1 DC side capacity of 90MWp and above .The proposed project manager of the

bidder (proposed by the leading party) shall have a valid qualification of Class I registered constructor (mechanical and electrical engineering) and a certificate of safety production assessment of construction enterprises (Class B). The EPC general contractor or design and construction general contractor of the completed centralized photovoltaic power station (including 110kV and above voltage level booster station) with at least one DC side of 50 MWp and above serves as the deputy project manager. Or the experience of technical director or above. Agent bidding is not accepted

in this tender, but consortium bidding is accepted . However, there are no more than three members of the consortium (including the leading party), and each party of the consortium shall not bid separately in its own name. It is also not allowed to form a new consortium or participate in the bidding of other consortia. Meanwhile, it shall

be noted that the bidder shall not participate in the bidding as the subcontractor of other bidders. If the person in charge of the unit is the same person or different units with holding or management relationship, they shall not participate in the bidding of the same bid section or the bidding of the same tender project without dividing the bid section.
