The whole line is equipped with 64 bag-type dust collection equipment. The emission indicators of nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and sulfide meet or exceed the national ultra-clean emission requirements. The application of advanced energy-saving equipment such as new permanent magnet motors, electromagnetic couplers and magnetic levitation motors makes the energy consumption and power consumption per unit product of clinker and the comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of cement better than advanced value of Grade 1stipulated by the national standard, which not only reduces the operating cost of enterprises, but also frees up valuable energy consumption indicators for regional economic development. Synchronous construction of MES, ERP, IMBS and intelligent control system, seamless docking with DCS remote monitoring, realizes automatic stacking, automatic batching, online quality analysis and automatic loading, so that digital technology and production management are deeply integrated. Safety production is based on the first level of safety standardization, which realizes the intellectualization of safety management. In terms of comprehensive utilization of resources, it is planned to eliminate timber from local rubber forests, bagasse from sugar mills and leftover materials from wood mills as alternative fuels, thus greatly reducing energy consumption and carbon emissions.
