On March 19, Sichuan Economic and Credit Department issued the Announcement on Cancellation of Capacity Replacement Scheme for Cement Clinker Projects of Sichuan Guoda Cement Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Junlian Southwest Cement Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (the original No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), On February 3, 2026, the Office issued the Announcement on the Capacity Replacement Scheme of Cement Clinker Projects of Four Enterprises Including Sichuan Guoda Cement Co., Ltd. (No.5, 2026).
Now, due to the adjustment of production and operation plans of three enterprises, namely, Sichuan Guoda Cement Co., Ltd., Sichuan Junlian Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Haoyu Cement Co., Ltd., the transferor of production capacity, they jointly apply for the cancellation of the above capacity replacement plan. Upon review, we hereby agree to cancel the Capacity Replacement Plan for Cement Clinker Projects involving Sichuan Guoda Cement Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Junlian Southwest Cement Co., Ltd. in the Announcement on Capacity Replacement Plan for Cement Clinker Projects of Four Enterprises Including Sichuan Guoda Cement Co., Ltd. (No.5, 2026).
According to the previous replacement plan, Sichuan Haoyu Cement withdrew from a 3000t/d clinker production line, of which 1500t/d production capacity was used for a 4000t/d clinker production line of Sichuan Guoda Cement. After completion, the production capacity was 5000t/d, and the replacement ratio was 1.5: 1;
In addition, the production capacity of 1,500t/d is used to supplement a 4,000t/d clinker line of Sichuan Junlian Southwest Cement Co., Ltd., and the production capacity is 5,000t/d after supplement, with a replacement ratio of 1.5: 1.
