On July 23, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, issued a public announcement on the environmental impact assessment document of Changling Village Photovoltaic Power Station Project (Major Changes) in Lingling District. According to

the announcement, the EIA report of Changling Village Photovoltaic Power Station Project of Lingling District Joint Bridge Office was approved by Lingling Branch of Yongzhou Ecological Environment Bureau on February 17, 2025, with a total land area of about 160.0007 ha. It is planned to install 212,716 pieces of 610Wp double-sided N-type PV modules , which are divided into 37 PV power generation units, with a total installed capacity of 129.MWp 75676.
At present, the project is planned to be changed and relocated to Changling Village, Xilong Village, Huameipu Village, Tantang Village, Jiyi Village, Qingtang Village, Jieluqiao Community, Shangmujing Village and Yemutang Village, Jieluqiao Town, Lingling District, covering an area of about 166.9052 hectares, with an AC side capacity of 100MW. The actual installed capacity on the DC side is 130.MWp 15296, and a total of 203,364 double-sided N-type PV modules of 660 Wp are designed and installed. The total investment of the
project is 40298 0.97 million yuan, and the construction unit is Xiangtou Energy (Lingling District) Co., Ltd. The company is a holding subsidiary of Hunan Energy Group Electric Power Investment Co., Ltd.
