On April 13, Sansui County's "400MW Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation" project design and construction general contracting (EPC) bid rejection announcement, due to major adjustments in the construction scale and implementation content of the project . Now it is decided to terminate the relevant bidding activities of this project, so the bid of this project is rejected.
It is reported that the project issued a tender announcement on March 27, which shows that the project is located in Sansui County, Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Ledian New Energy (Sansui) Co., Ltd. plans to develop a 400 MW distributed photovoltaic project in Sansui County.
The project plans to adopt the EPC general contracting fixed total price method, and the bidding scope includes the installation of photovoltaic brackets, component inverters , grid-connected junction boxes, step-up transformers and other equipment on the site provided by the construction unit. To realize the design, material and equipment procurement, construction, commissioning, acceptance and related coordination services required for operation included in the construction scale of the project.
The project is required to be developed in batches, and the winning bidder is required to put into operation with full capacity within 4 months after receiving the written commencement documents from the tenderee. The original bid opening time is 10:30 a.m. on April 16, 2026.
