On April 29, China Power Construction Mengban Township Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Generation Project EPC General Contracting Public Bidding Announcement was issued, and the tenderer was China Power Construction (Yongde) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that Mengban Township Agricultural Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is located near Baiyan Village and Lianggoushui Village, Mengban Township, Yongde County, Lincang City, Yunnan Province. The project plans to build 21 photovoltaic power generation sub-arrays, with an installed capacity of 67.48 MWp and a rated capacity of 55 MW. The energy storage of the Project is configured by 10% for 2 hours, and the configuration scale is 5.5MW/11 MWh in total. The total construction period of the
project is planned to be 490 calendar days. It is planned to start construction on June 1, 2026, the first batch of photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on November 30, 2026, and all photovoltaic arrays will be connected to the grid on December 30, 2026. The scope of this
tender includes but is not limited to: land lease of photovoltaic plant (including the rent of the first year) and compensation for young crops, coordination of permanent land requisition and transfer for approval; handling of design review, construction certificates and approval documents related to engineering construction projects; Survey, measurement, design (including budgetary estimate and budget), scientific research, as-built drawing and all related consultation and service contents in the engineering design, preliminary design and construction drawing stages; procurement, supervision, transportation and management of equipment (excluding equipment supplied by Party A) and materials, and the supervision, inspection, unloading, secondary transshipment, warehousing and management of equipment purchased by the Employer; Project construction preparation and construction, etc.
This tender has certain requirements for the qualifications, abilities and reputation of the bidders. In terms of performance, the bidder is required to have the completion performance of one 50 MW and above photovoltaic (wind power) power generation EPC project or photovoltaic power generation construction EPC project in the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the present). Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents (bidding deadline) is 10:00 on May 20, 2026 (Beijing time).
