India plans to reduce tariffs on concrete pumps and other equipment in the project

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > In order to obtain cheap and clean energy, the Indian government is considering eliminating import tariffs on construction equipment for hydropower projects, such as tunnel excavators, cable cranes, concrete pumps and large earth-moving equipment, and reducing tariffs on imported cement and steel for hydropower projects. The move will reduce the construction cost of hydropower projects by 10%, the report said.
