< P > < FONT face = Verdana > < FONT face = Verdana > Diamond Roof Tile (DRT) said it would invest in new factories to produce new products to meet market demand. The company's revenue target for this year is set at 260 million baht, despite the current slump in real estate development and a depressed stock price.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > Shati, general manager of Diamond Roof Tile, said that there is a large demand for flat tile and wall tile products in the market. At present, only Elephant Brand and Wuhuan Brand share the market of such products, so the company decided to build a new factory to produce flat tiles, wall tiles and so on to seize the market.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > The construction of the new plant requires an investment of 300 million baht, which comes from two sources, including bank loans and self-owned liquidity. The company will hold a meeting to discuss the details of the new factory plan. In the first half of this year, the feasibility report and loan plan will be completed. In the second half of this year, the funds will be available and the construction of the new factory will begin. It is estimated that the construction and purchase of the production line will take 12-14 months.

< P > < FONT face = Verdana > He also said that the company's revenue target for this year is still set at 260 million baht, up 10% from 239 million last year. Among the company's products, cement fiber tiles and wallboards account for 80%, while the remaining 20% are concrete tiles 15% and other new products 5%.
