Recently, the energy-saving review of Xinghua Construction Sand and Stone Project in Zijin County, Heyuan, Guangdong Province was approved. The project covers a total area of 176785 square meters (shared with the original project). In the original site, one 1316 gravel production line, two mobile gravel production lines, one machine-made sand production line and a batch of production equipment are added, including the main equipment crusher, cone machine, vibrating screen, feeder, etc. After the completion of the project, it is estimated to increase 2.5 million tons/year of gravel and 500,000 tons/year of machine-made sand.
The project was originally designed to produce 1.5 million tons of gravel and 1.5 million tons of machine-made sand annually. With the increase of production capacity, it is estimated that the annual output of aggregate will reach 6 million tons.
The energy-saving report shows that after the project is completed and put into operation, the annual comprehensive energy consumption is 2230.7 tons of standard coal (equivalent value), including 16.4277 million kilowatt-hours of electricity, 1.79 tons of liquefied petroleum gas and 143.21 tons of diesel oil. The comprehensive energy consumption of the project is solved by Zijin County as a whole.
In addition, Xinghua Construction shall implement various energy-saving measures in the energy-saving report in strict accordance with industry standards and norms, give priority to products and equipment with leading energy efficiency standards, include energy efficiency indicators as important technical indicators in equipment bidding documents and procurement contracts, and shall not use backward technology and equipment prohibited and eliminated by the state. According to the Energy Management System Requirements (GB/T23331-2012), the Guidelines for Energy Management in Industrial Enterprises (GB/T15587-2008), and the General Rules for the Equipping and Management of Energy Measuring Instruments in Energy-using Units (GB17167), the energy management system shall be improved, the energy measuring instruments shall be equipped, and the energy measurement management system shall be established.
Xinghua Construction shall effectively supervise and inspect the design, construction, completion acceptance and operation management of the project according to the review opinions and the energy-saving report of the project, and timely report the implementation of the review opinions and major issues related to the project. Within two years from the date of issuance, if the project has not started construction,
the review opinions will automatically become invalid. If it is necessary to postpone or change, please implement it in accordance with the Measures for the Implementation of Energy Conservation Review of Fixed Assets Investment Projects in Guangdong Province (Guangdong Development and Reform Capital Ring [2018] 268).
