The total project size is 503 MWh (DC) .
project was named "Lupinus" project, which was developed by Sunraycer. It is divided into two phases of construction:
Lubinghua No.1, with a scale of 202MWh, is expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2027 and achieve commercial operation in the third quarter of 2027.
Lubinghua No.2: with a scale of 301MWh, it is planned to start construction in the third quarter of 2026 and put into commercial operation in the second quarter of 2027. The Electric Reliability Council of

"Lubinghua" project will play an important role in the local power market, help renewable energy grid connection and improve grid stability, and provide strong support for building a more flexible and resilient power system.

According to the agreement, Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE) will provide self-developed SolBank 3.0 energy storage system for the project, and provide long-term operation and maintenance services for 10 years. Ensure system reliability, high performance and high efficiency in the whole life cycle of the project.
